The above prices are for locations in the
Batavia, Illinois area which includes Aurora on
the south, South Elgin on the north, Wheaton on the east and DeKalb
on the west). If
your location is outside of the " Batavia area", simply add $25 per hour
for travel time (both ways). I can also suggest some locations if you don't have
a favorite spot. If the location requires a permit and/or
admission fee, the cost is not included in the above fee.
Included in the fee at no additional
charge are lightly edited images delivered on a CD /
DVD and/or posted in a private
location on the web for downloading and printing. The
pictures will be delivered approximately one week after shooting.
Payment must be received before pictures
are delivered.

I may use some of the images as part of my
online portfolios.
Terms are not "work for hire"
and I retain copyright and all rights are reserved. You may use and duplicate the
photographs in any manner you choose other than to sell them to others. Credit would be appreciated but is not
required. But you may not hold the pictures out as being taken by
anyone other than me.
All necessary paperwork that your
organization requires for payment must be detailed prior to our
agreement (W-9's, etc.).
