copyrighted. You may not use these without permission.
However, some of my pictures
are licensed with Creative
Commons. This license is indicated in the lower right corner
of the Flickr screen (scroll down to the bottom) or in the description
section. Creative Commons means:
1) you must attribute the work in the
manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that
suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work);
2) you may not use this work for
commercial purposes;
3) you may not alter, transform, or build
upon this work.
4) Finally, you must recognize the rights
of people, as well as the rights of owners of property shown in the
pictures.
If you use a picture with the Creative Commons license, please attribute

(either promotional or editorial), or would like to order a print, the price
is very reasonable - see below.
Watermarks - Most of my pictures are watermarked - both hidden
and obvious. If you'd like to get a version without the watermark, please
contact me (see email address at bottom of page). Note that if you crop it out or clone it out, you've
violated the 3rd part of the Creative Commons license shown above.
If you find a picture of YOU, I can almost guarantee that you can
have the image for free. Just contact me (see email address at bottom of
page).
